Zero Smog TL Kit 2 SN

The Weller Zero Smog TL Kit 2 SN is a high-performance, portable solder fume extraction unit that can be quickly and easily set up thanks to its Easy-Click System. The angled metal nozzle allows for precise capture of pollutants right at the source. For larger areas, the Alfa funnel nozzle is ideal. This system is characterized by strong suction power and particularly long filter life. An innovative notification system alerts both visually and acoustically when a filter change is necessary, with the pre-filter being replaceable separately.
The dimensions of the device are 355 mm in width, 455 mm in height, and 330 mm in length. Weighing 9 kg and with a noise level of only 50 dB, the device is both quiet and easy to handle. The electrical power is 120 W with a voltage of 220 - 240 V. The package includes the extraction unit, a flexible extraction arm, two angled metal nozzles with a diameter of 60 mm, and two mounting clamps with a diameter of 63 mm.

Zero Smog TL solder fume extraction kits

The Weller Zero Smog TL kits are complete solutions for solder fume extraction that have been specially put together for various workplace requirements. These kits contain all the necessary components to ensure efficient extraction of soldering and adhesive fumes and improve the air quality in the workplace. The kits contain the Zero Smog TL extraction unit and, depending on the version, 1 or 2 extraction arms and various nozzles (funnel nozzle or beveled nozzle).

  • Economical extraction for cleaning the air at 1 - 2 workstations
  • Fine dust pre-filter F7 and extra-large HEPA H13 filter surface with 2.4 m² for particularly long filter service life
