PCB holders100, 180 and 300

The cab PCB holders LPM 100, 180, and 300 are ESD-compliant magazines for the safe storage and transport of printed circuit boards. The numbers 100, 180, and 300 indicate the height of the divider walls in millimeters. All models feature 32 guide slots spaced 10 mm apart. The width of the magazine can be adjusted to fit the specific size of the printed circuit boards using profile rails. The divider walls are made of ESD-compliant plastic and protect the printed circuit boards from damage. Depending on the application, additional accessories such as groove locks, support rails, carrying handles, or reinforcements can be used. Thus, cab printed circuit board holders offer a flexible and safe way to handle printed circuit boards during manufacturing, storage, and transport.

PCB magazines series 6000 and 7000

cab's PCB magazines stand out for their high precision, stability, and robust construction. They enable safe handling of PCBs and protect against electrostatic discharge. The 6000 and 7000 series are further developments of the 600, 700, and 800 series and feature closed base plates. While the width of the 6000 series is adjusted manually, the 7000 series can be quickly adapted to different PCB sizes using a toothed belt.
Accessories include transport locks, protective covers, and groove locks. For special requirements, custom magazines with parallel insertion are available. For narrow printed circuit boards, two inserts can be used in parallel, allowing up to 100 printed circuit boards per magazine to be stored and transported in a space-saving manner.

MAESTRO Nutzentrenner

The PCB separators in cab’s MAESTRO series enable fast, precise, and gentle separation of pre-scored PCBs. Depending on the model, various versions are available—ranging from compact, partially manually operated units to motor-driven solutions for larger quantities. The MAESTRO 4S is suitable for both FR4 and aluminium PCBs, while the MAESTRO 4X is specifically designed for PCBs with tall components. For processing large quantities, the MAESTRO 5L offers a high-performance solution. With the 2, 2M, 3E, 4S, 4X, and 5L models, the MAESTRO series covers a wide range of requirements in electronics manufacturing.

Hektor

The Hektor 2 is designed for the fast and gentle separation of contour-milled printed circuit boards. Spacers are punched out cleanly and smoothly, preventing damage to the printed circuit boards. The two-piece die allows for easy replacement of cutting blades of different widths, while the integrated pneumatic cylinder ensures efficient via punching. The operating pressure can be individually adjusted directly on the machine. The punching process is conveniently activated via a foot switch, enabling simple and efficient operation. Suitable cutting blades are available as accessories and offer additional flexibility for various applications.
