JALAS ® DNA
A well-designed last is essential for manufacturing the perfect shoe. It reflects the anatomical shape of the foot and determines the ergonomics, comfort, and fit of the final shoe. JALAS has managed to gain a competitive advantage with a solid last shape right from the early stages of production. Since every foot is different, the company naturally uses different lasts for different shoe types and sizes.
JALAS ®'s design is based on more than a century of experience in shoe manufacturing, combined with direct contact with customers – this knowledge has been firmly embedded in the DNA of the shoes since 1916.

PORON ® XRD ®– unique shock absorption Stoßdämpfung
Poron ® XRD ® is a material known for its remarkable softness and comfort, combined with unique shock-absorbing properties, making it ideal for work and safety shoes. It offers lasting protection and flexible support, remaining soft and comfortable at rest but stiffening into a protective shell when subjected to external pressure or impact. Poron ® XRD ® absorbs up to 90% of impact energy, thereby reducing the effective pressure and impact. Its ability to distribute pressure over a large area quickly dissipates energy and minimizes the rebound effect.

RESPIRO: highly breathable safety shoes
The JALAS ® Respiro collection, with its unique three-layer laminate outsole, breathable upper, and air-permeable insole, is currently the most breathable range of safety shoes on the market. To counteract this, JALAS ® Respiro controls the climate inside the shoe with a unique design and material technology that keeps your feet cool, dry, and comfortable throughout the working day
