Solder mask dots 5 mm

The solder mask dots with a diameter of 5 mm are made from a high-temperature-resistant polyimide film and are ideal for applications where high temperatures are involved. Each roll includes 1,000 of these brown-transparent adhesive dots, which are equipped with a silicone adhesive. The thickness of the dots, including the adhesive, is about 0.070 mm. These solder mask dots meet the H thermal class with a continuous heat resistance of 180°C and can withstand temperatures up to 260°C for short periods, while they are standardly designed for 240°C over 10 minutes. Due to their specific properties, they offer a reliable solution for thermally demanding environments. Ideal for technical applications where precision and durability under extreme conditions are required.
