Diagonal cutting pliers 7922125 ESD

The KNIPEX 7922125 ESD side cutter is a high-precision plier specifically developed for the finest cutting tasks in electronics and precision mechanics. Its handles are electrically conductive and dissipative, making it ideal for handling sensitive electronic components.
The cutting edges are very precisely ground and sharp, with very small facets for exact cuts, as well as an option for flush cutting without a facet. These precision cutting edges are additionally inductively hardened, giving them a hardness of approximately 64 HRC.
The tool impresses with its lightweight, which is about 20% less than conventional electronic pliers, and a screwed joint that ensures smooth and low-friction movement. An easy-to-operate double spring supports gentle and uniform opening. Ergonomically optimized multi-component grips and a round head increase working comfort.
Technical specifications include a length of 125 mm, a width of 61 mm, and a height of 18 mm. The side cutter weighs 61 g, is made of polished and burnished steel, and features a head thickness of 6.5 mm and a jaw length of 10 mm. It is suitable for soft materials up to a diameter of 1.7 mm and medium-hard materials up to 1.02 mm.

Knipex offers an extensive range of precision electronics diagonal cutting pliers for applications in electronics and precision mechanics. They are characterized by particularly high accuracy, ease of movement and functionality - and the proverbial Knipex durability.

Precision electronics diagonal cutting pliers from Knipex are forged from ball bearing steel and carefully processed in accordance with Knipex criteria.

Wire clamp

To prevent clipped components from falling onto the circuit board, some pliers are equipped with practical wire clamps. These reliably prevent loose parts from falling uncontrollably during the cutting process and soiling the work surface.

The precision electronic diagonal cutting pliers from Knipex stand out clearly from other electronic diagonal cutting pliers with their particularly outstanding quality: They are fine tools for surgically precise cutting of even the finest wires. Screwed joint. High cutting quality and long service life

The joints of the precision electronics diagonal cutting pliers are screwed. Before the pliers shank and screw are brought together to form the joint, the ball bearing steel is specially machined to ensure the proverbial smooth running of these pliers. The joint surfaces are carefully prepared for smooth operation. This results in smooth and even opening after the cutting process - supported by the low-friction double spring. Such a precise joint enables high-quality cutting operations, because the cutting edges always close together perfectly..
