Diagonal cutting pliers Micro 622NA

The Weller Erem Micro 622NA side cutter is specifically designed for use in microelectronics and SMD technology. This high-precision cutter features a small head that allows for efficient work in hard-to-reach areas without compromising cutting performance. The cutting edges are made of high-quality tool steel and hardened to over 60 HRc, ensuring a long lifespan and the ability to be resharpened.
The total length of the tool is 110 mm, with a blade length of 7.62 mm and a head width and jaw length of 9 mm each. The side cutter is ESD-safe, with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm, and meets the MIL standard.
An innovative, double self-locking screw joint and a patented opening system minimize wear and integrate the springs invisibly, thus eliminating the risk of injury. Additionally, the 'Stop! Limit system' prevents the blades from crossing over. As an optional feature, the side cutter offers a wire holder that reduces the risk of eye injuries and damage to assemblies.
The cutting capability includes soft to very hard steel wires, copper wire, and cables, with various blade shapes for precise and clean cuts.

Erem ESD Micro diagonal cutting pliers series 600

The Weller Erem 600 Micro series is a range of the smallest precision cutting pliers with a variety of head shapes for access in hard-to-reach areas. These micro cutters are suitable for SMD and leads (670EP, 670EPF). The cutting pliers are manufactured from high quality tool steel with cutting edges hardened to 63-65 HRc. The precision cutting pliers have a non-reflective surface, are ESD-safe and can be resharpened.
