ESD diagonal cutting pliers 3886

The ESD side cutter 3886 from CK is a high-precision tool specifically designed for delicate cutting tasks in microelectronics and precision mechanics. With an overall length of 139 mm and a head width of only 11 mm, this model allows access even in very confined spaces. The blade made of hardened special tool steel and the precision-ground cutting edges allow flush cutting of soft copper wires up to a diameter of 1.29 mm (16 AWG), without leaving burrs or damages.
The handles of the side cutter are electrostatically discharging and offer a discharge resistance of 10⁹ Ohm, ensuring safe use on sensitive electronic components. The ergonomic two-component handle design and the gentle return spring increase comfort during repeated cutting operations. Moreover, the black oxidized surface protects the tool from corrosion and minimizes disturbing glare effects, ensuring a clear view during work.
