minION2 - Portable ionizer

The Simco-Ion minION2 is a mobile benchtop ionizing blower designed to control electrostatic charges in sensitive environments such as electronics assembly and semiconductor manufacturing. Thanks to its compact design and small footprint, it can also be easily installed in machines (e.g. pick-and-place machines).

Compact design: Allows for versatile installation at workstations or as a portable device.

Self-balancing offset voltage ± 10 V: Ensures constant ion output for precise static control without manual adjustments.

Fast discharge performance: Effectively reduces static charges and improves device safety and functionality.

Modular wiring system: Supports daisy chaining of up to three units for wider ionization coverage.

Alarm systems: Local LED indicators and relay contacts for fault detection.

Power supply options: Can be powered by 24 VDC or standard power supplies tailored to different regions (e.g. 100/120 V or 230 V).

Air inlet from top, side and rear (standard version)

Cleanroom suitability: Can be used in cleanrooms according to ISO 7 (cleanroom class 10000).
