Exchangable ceramic tips for tweezers with exchangeable tip

The ceramic exchangeable tips are made of zirconia-reinforced aluminum oxide (ZTA), an advanced material known for its unique combination of strength (due to zirconia) and hardness (due to aluminum oxide). This composition results in forceps tips with relatively low density, no open porosity and a very hard surface that ensures exceptional abrasion and wear resistance. The tweezers have excellent flexural strength and fracture toughness, making them ideal for intensive use.

The thermal properties of these tweezers tips are remarkable and offer high temperature stability. They are highly corrosion resistant and resistant to most chemicals, making them suitable for use in environments with soldering processes and when handling components during thermal and chemical processes.
