Vacuum packaging machines with chambers

The vacuum packaging machines in this series are available as compact table-top units (EPA®vacuboy and EPA®plusVac20) and as floor-standing units (EPA®plusVac24) with a re-gassing device and high-quality stainless steel housing. A matching trolley is available for the table-top machines.

The vacuum packaging machines are designed for large series, as several bags can be vacuum-packed simultaneously in the chamber. During each process, the air is sucked out of the chamber and bag to create a uniform vacuum. The sealing inside the chamber ensures a precise and reliable seal.

The models in this product family differ in size, performance and arrangement of the sealing jaws (at the front for EPA®vacuboy, optionally at the rear for EPA®plusVac20 and on the left and right for EPA®plusVac24).

Our vacuum packaging machines are compatible with our EPApack film bags. All metallized/shielding bags can be vacuum-packed and sealed.

PerfectPlus control

Sensor-controlled electronics for constant vacuum – regardless of product and chamber size. Vacuum stop button. Welding times adjustable. 10 user programs can be stored individually. Standard with service program for dehumidifying the vacuum pump, boiling point detection, oil change indicator, soft ventilation and operating hours meter, password protection and separation welding with one temperature. Multi-cycle vacuum and gassing can be activated.
