The XSD series high-end drying cabinets have been specially developed to meet the requirements of IPC/JEDEC standards J-STD-033 and 1601 for moisture-sensitive components. By combining extremely low humidity (<0.5% RH) with mild temperatures (40-60°C), they offer a safe and cost-effective alternative to traditional oven baking - ideal for restoring floor life time.

The robust, double-walled stainless steel housing with 60 mm insulation ensures excellent energy efficiency and stable temperature control. Pull-out shelves and an integrated radial fan ensure even air circulation and efficient drying throughout the cabinet.

The powerful drying unit of the U-5000 series ensures a constant humidity level below <1 % RH - even with regular door openings. This makes the XSD(B) series particularly suitable for the precise drying and resetting of reels, PCBs, 3D filaments and other moisture-sensitive materials.
