The ESD apparatus caster from Blickle, model 650 with a top plate, is characterized by a high load capacity of 75 kg under static load. This caster is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The housing is made of galvanically zinc plated and blue passivated steel sheet, which is free of Chromium VI, ensuring high corrosion resistance.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A, and is non-marking and oil-resistant. The wheel body is made of break-resistant black polypropylene, complementing the robust construction. The caster offers very high chemical resistance and is temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
Additional technical details include a wheel width of 19 mm, a diameter of 50 mm, and an overall height of 71 mm. The mounting is done via a top plate measuring 60 x 60 mm. The caster is equipped with a plain bearing, ensuring low-friction movement. The bolt hole spacing is 48 x 48 mm, with a bolt hole diameter of 6.2 mm.
