Swivel castors

ESD swivel castors enable precise and smooth manoeuvring of machinery, trolleys and equipment. Thanks to their design, which allows them to swivel around the vertical axis, they permit flexible changes of direction and contribute to safe handling in day-to-day use. They are used wherever manoeuvrability and control are equally important.

Fixed castors

ESD fixed castors consist of a rigid housing with a permanently integrated wheel and are not swivelling. When used in combination with swivel castors, they provide an optimal balance between manoeuvrability and directional stability. Whilst the swivel castors enable cornering, the fixed castors ensure stable and straight-line movement

Suitable wheels

The ESD wheels combine a high-quality, non-marking TPE tread with a robust polypropylene wheel body. Unlike complete ESD castors, the wheels are supplied without a housing or mounting unit and can be flexibly integrated into customer-specific chassis and designs. With a Shore A hardness of 85, they offer low rolling and swivelling resistance as well as excellent chemical resistance. The bond between the tread and the wheel body ensures a durable and reliable design – ideal for sensitive applications with electrostatic discharge requirements.
