Protective lacquers

Protective coatings are used in electronics production to protect printed circuit boards and electronic components from environmental influences such as moisture, dust and chemical residues. The applied coating forms an insulating barrier that prevents the penetration of harmful substances and supports the functionality of the assemblies even under demanding conditions. Depending on the formulation, protective coatings offer good adhesion properties, chemical resistance and mechanical resilience. They are used in particular where increased demands are placed on reliability and service life.
