Radial components

Radial components are electronic components in which the connecting wires are arranged on the side of the component body. These connections are often distributed in a circle around the component body, which typically results in a round or cylindrical design. Radial components are often used in the assembly of printed circuit boards. In contrast, axial components have connecting wires that run linearly at both ends of the component. Specialized cutting machines are available for the mechanical processing of radial components, in particular the cutting of the connecting wires, which enable precise and efficient processing.
