DC270 Dispenser

The DC270 dispenser from Vieweg offers precise control for pneumatically controlled dosing, ideal for applications with 3 – 55 cc small cartridges. It allows setting the dosing duration from 0.01 to 31 seconds and features an air pressure regulator to accurately adjust material pressure.
The dimensions of the device are 235 x 75 x 220 mm with a weight of 1.3 kg. It supports a manual or timed dosing method and operates with an input voltage of 85-264 V AC and a working voltage of 24 V DC. The air input varies between 5-7 bar, while the air output can be adjusted between 0.1-7 bar.
Standard accessories include a cold device cable, a footswitch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the air input, a 30cc cartridge adapter, three 30cc cartridges, three 30cc plugs, and a 17-piece dosing needle assortment.

DC270 Dispenser with time control

The dispenser DC 270 is used for the precise control of pneumatic dosing, e.g. the direct dosing of all types of media from small cartridges from 3 to 80 ml. A timer for setting a dosing time of 0.01 to 31 seconds and a vacuum retention system to prevent dripping of low-viscosity media allow exact, repeatable dosing. The material pressure can be set precisely using the built-in compressed air regulator.
