DC600 Dispenser

The DC600 from Vieweg is a high-precision dosing device that offers both manual and timed dosing methods. Measuring 260 x 75 x 220 mm and weighing 1.4 kg, this compact device is ideal for use in various industrial applications, particularly in miniature settings. It features a dosing speed of over 600 doses per minute and an adjustable time range from 0.01 to 31 seconds, allowing for flexible adaptation to specific requirements.
The integrated vacuum tweezer facilitates pick & place tasks as well as the assembly and post-processing of small parts. The vacuum retraction ensures drip-proof operation. The device can be operated with compressed air between 0 and 7 bar, with the output pressure adjustable from 0.1 to 7 bar. The input voltage is 85-264 V AC, and the working voltage is 24 V DC.
Included in the delivery are a cold appliance cable 230V AC, a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the compressed air inlet, a 30cc cartridge adapter, three 30cc cartridges, three 30cc plugs, an extensive assortment of dosing needles, and a tweezer with vacuum function. This comprehensive accessory package allows for immediate operation and versatile use of the DC600.

The dispenser and vacuum tweezers offer two functions in one device. The vacuum tweezers are ideal for pick & place as well as for the assembly and reworking of small parts. Before placing the parts with the vacuum tweezers, solder pastes and other materials can be applied with maximum precision. This model is suitable for numerous industrial applications in the miniature range and for all types of media.
