The ESD AB-2616-1 safety sandal from ABEBA combines functionality and comfort for demanding work environments. This model in white is specifically designed for men in sizes 49 to 50. The sandal features a practical double Velcro closure and is certified according to DIN EN 345-1, DIN EN 61340-5-1, and IEC 61340-5-1 standards, making it the ideal choice for electrostatically sensitive areas.
The upper material made of breathable microfiber is washable at 30°C and the moisture-absorbing, antibacterial lining with silver ions ensures optimal hygiene standards. The sturdy steel toe cap and the dual-layer PU sole with additional features such as anti-twist protection, flex zone, shock absorption, and a TPU torsion joint provide maximum protection and comfort. The asymmetrical heel and slip-resistant SRC rating ensure improved stability and safety on various surfaces.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
HACCP-compliant
The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Safety sandal ANATOM, microfiber

The ANATOM range is focused on ergonomic comfort and foot health for people who stand or walk for long periods. The models are particularly suitable for the healthcare sector and demanding working environments.

 

The ESD AB-2616 safety sandal from ABEBA is a high-quality choice for working environments that require both safety and comfort. This model is equipped with an efficient double velcro fastener and offers optimum toe protection thanks to its steel toe cap. The sandal complies with safety class S1.

The upper is made of breathable microfiber, which is also washable at 30°C. Additional safety is provided by the reflective stripes and the slip-resistant SRC two-layer PU sole, which includes features such as ankle protection, a flex zone, shock absorption and an asymmetrical heel profile. A TPU torsion joint further reinforces the structure.

The lining with silver ions has an antibacterial and moisture-absorbing effect. The replaceable 'Active Comfort' insole provides individual adjustment options. The orthopedic insoles comply with the DGUV 112-191 standard, which confirms their suitability for orthopedic adjustments. The sandal is ideal for use in ESD-protected areas in accordance with DIN EN 345-1, DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC 61340-5-1.
