Safety shoe uni6, functional leather

The ESD AB-31761 safety shoe from ABEBA is a highly functional ESD lace-up shoe from the uni6 series, specifically designed for use in demanding work environments. This model is available in black and covers sizes 35 to 48. The upper is made of functional leather in a honeycomb design, which is both water-repellent and scratch-resistant, and offers dimensionally stable edge padding and a robust back cap.
The lining, enriched with silver ions, ensures effective moisture absorption. The midsole made of soft PU and the oil and gasoline resistant TPU outsole with flex zones provide excellent slip resistance (SRC) and make the shoe particularly durable. Additional protection is provided by the steel toe cap, which meets the requirements of class S2. The shoe is also equipped with a replaceable Active Comfort insole that allows orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191.
Weighing 600 g in size 42 and classified according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2011 S2, this unisex half shoe is aimed at everyone who expects the highest safety standards and comfort.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole. Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

Low shoe uni6, functional leather

The uni6 series offers versatile and easy-care models designed for different working environments. The shoes have a good balance between comfort and robustness. They are particularly suitable for everyday use.

 

The uni6 lace-up shoe from ABEBA combines functionality with maximum comfort and safety. The upper material is made of functional leather in a honeycomb design, which is not only water-repellent but also scratch-resistant. The inner lining, enriched with silver ions, offers excellent moisture absorption, while the dimensionally stable upper edge padding and toe cap guarantee additional support and comfort.

The soft PU midsole and the oil- and petrol-resistant TPU outsole with flex zones provide excellent slip resistance (SRC) and make the shoe particularly suitable for working environments where slip resistance is required. The low shoe complies with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20347:2012 standards.

The lace fastening allows for individual adjustment and the replaceable Active Comfort insoles offer additional orthopedic support (DGUV 112-191). This unisex shoe is an ideal choice for professionals who value safety and comfort.
