PCB magazine series cab

The high-quality PCB magazines from cab impress with their high quality, safe handling and reliable protection against electrostatic discharge. They offer ideal support when handling PCBs and enable precise and time-efficient adjustment to different PCB sizes.

The 6000 and 7000 series are a further development of the 600, 700, and 800 series. They differ from their predecessor versions in that they have closed base plates.

The width of the 6000 series is adjusted using manual screw clamps. The 7000 series is adjusted to the required width within a few seconds using a toothed belt.

The sophisticated system from cab can be optimally integrated into any electronics production and meets every requirement.

Magazine with plastic partition walls

The 6000 series is a cost-effective option.

Adjust the PCB width manually by moving the partition wall and securing it with four screw clamps.

Metal magazine

Magazines with metal partition walls are available for high mechanical and thermal loads up to 200°Ch.

The base plates are completely closed to protect the circuit boards. The web wall is adjusted in the same way as in the previous 800 series. The adjustment is made directly in the unloader. Once the magazine has been positioned in the unloader, a clutch is connected to the spindle gear using the servomotor.

The toothed belt is clamped manually using the Fastlock (quick-release fastener) or, in the case of automated width adjustment, by a ram in the unloader.
