ESD Swivel chair EPAchair® CLASSIC Comfort-plus

The ESD swivel chair CLASSIC Comfort-plus by EPAchair, manufactured by DPV, combines ergonomics with effective ESD protection according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is thus ideally suited for electrostatically protected work areas. This model features an enlarged seat size of 50 x 45 cm and an adjustable seat height between 46 and 59 cm, which is adjusted using a safety gas spring. Additionally, the chair offers seat depth adjustment and a backrest with height and tilt adjustment, allowing for individual adaptation to body size and preferred sitting posture.
The padding is made of highly durable fabric or synthetic leather, which is particularly easy to care for and resistant to oil. The long-lasting padding made of certified polyurethane foam ensures shape retention and comfort. The conductive safety twin castors are specially designed for hard floors, making the chair particularly mobile. With a maximum load capacity of 120 kg and a range of adjustment options, this chair supports a dynamic and ergonomic sitting posture, contributing to increased productivity and employee satisfaction. Without armrests and with a polished aluminum base, this chair completes its profile as an excellent choice for technically demanding work environments.

The CLASSIC Comfort ESD swivel chair from the EPAchair brand guarantees ESD safety in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1. It offers maximum comfort and can be optimally integrated into any ESD-protected working environment. Thanks to carefully selected materials and high-quality components, it offers excellent price-performance ratio. The Comfort-plus version offers a larger seat surface and seat height adjustment, as well as the option of adjusting the seat depth.

ESD suitability of the CLASSIC Comfort ESD swivel chair from EPAchair

The CLASSIC Comfort has a dissipative back shell and seat shell. The upholstery and castors are also dissipative. It also has an ESD marking and is ESD-compliant in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is suitable for use in electrostatically protected areas.

Durable upholstery and covers

The durable upholstery made of certified polyurethane foam with a density of up to 34 kg/m3 is characterized by its dimensional stability.

Fabric is highly durable, breathable and conductive.

Synthetic leather is particularly hard-wearing, wipeable and resistant to oil.

Ergonomic workplace

An ergonomic workplace design is of crucial importance for ESD workstations. It promotes the health and well-being of employees and makes them feel safe when seated. Thanks to optimum back support, employees can concentrate fully on their precise work on electronic components - for greater efficiency and satisfaction in the workplace.

1. Asynchronous technology

The angle of inclination of the backrest and seat can be adjusted independently of each other so that the desired sitting posture can be set individually. The chair supports active and dynamic sitting by alternating between an upright and reclined posture.

2. Adjustable backrest with permanent contact

The height of the backrest can be adjusted to suit the user's height. This ensures optimum support for the back, especially in the lumbar region. The permanent contact backrest enables permanent contact between the backrest and back, even when the sitting position changes frequently. This ensures that the back is always optimally supported.

3. Adjustable seat height

The seat height can be adjusted to suit individual body height, ensuring an ergonomic sitting posture.

4. Adjustable seat tilt

The tilt of the seat can be adjusted to suit different requirements. This promotes an ergonomic posture when working in a slightly raised position and leaning forwards.

5. Adjustable seat depth

The seat depth can be adjusted to suit the user's height, providing optimum support for the thighs. This relieves back strain as the contact between the backrest and back is maintained.

6. Weight regulation

The seat tilt pressure can be individually adjusted to the body weight, enabling a dynamic sitting posture. The adjustment is made simply using a rotary knob.
