ESD suitability - The swivelc chair for the ESD area
All ESD TEXON materials exceed the prescribed values for discharge and surface resistance. From the comfortable Skintec upholstery in black, to the steel and plastic parts and the base - the overall discharge of the ESD chair across all components is one hundred percent reliable.
At all EPAs (ESD Protected Areas), the aim is to consistently avoid charging and uncontrolled discharging. The DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard specifies the required resistances for this, but the Bimos ESD TEXON exceeds the standard specifications.
Sit well, work effectively
Conditions at ESD workstations are often challenging. Sitting leaning forward for long periods and a short hand-eye distance require a lot of concentration and energy. Good work is particularly successful here if employees are optimally supported in their posture by the chair they are sitting on. With the ESD TEXON swivel chair and its adjustment options, you allow employees to focus their full energy on the production processes instead of having to compensate for an unfavorable sitting posture.
1. Seat height adjustment
The seat height of the Bimos TEXON ESD swivel chair is individually adjustable - for both the high and low chair versions. This means that the chair can be perfectly adapted to the user's height and can be used by more than one employee.
2. Auto-Motion technology to the rear
The ESD TEXON's auto-motion technology adapts to the sitter's movements and offers perfect support in any position. The basic mechanism enables the seat and backrest to move backwards synchronously. The seat and backrest can be locked in three positions for more support.
The flexible element underneath the backrest extends the range of movement to the rear. This offers more comfort, especially when the backrest is fixed, as the back can move easily even with sufficient support. If this is not desired, it can also be fixed.
3. Auto-Motion technology forwards
The Auto-Motion technology enables the seat and backrest to tilt forwards synchronously, making it easier to work in a forward-leaning position.
4. 4D armrest
The height of the armrests can be individually adjusted by up to 110 mm. This allows you to set the optimum distance between shoulders and elbows. The width of the armrests can also be adjusted to the shoulder width. An adjustment of up to 20 mm is possible here. The depth of the armrests can be adjusted forwards or backwards by up to 60 cm. The angles can be swiveled inwards or outwards by up to +/-45°.
Removable upholstery
Hygienic design down to the smallest detail - to make cleaning the TEXON cleanroom swivel chair even more thorough and easier, the chair is equipped with replaceable upholstery. After removing the back and seat upholstery, the upholstery and plastic parts can be thoroughly cleaned. The surfaces under the upholstery are closed and virtually seamless and can be easily wiped clean.
