Customized ESD insoles
The custom ESD insoles are specifically designed for use in safety shoes that must comply with the ESD standards according to EN 61340-5-1. According to the DGUV Rule 112-191, the use of these orthopedic insoles is strictly regulated to ensure the necessary ESD protection. Only certified insoles may be used, which guarantee that the ESD function of the shoes is maintained.
For the customization of the insoles, a special fitting foam (DPV-3550.Foam) is required. Customers can request the foam and create an impression of their foot by stepping into it. This impression is then used to manufacture the insoles individually. With a private prescription, the customization can be even more specific. After completion and adjustment by an orthopedic shoemaker, customers receive their tailor-made insoles, which continue to meet the standards of a certified work shoe.
These processes ensure that every wearer of safety shoes not only enjoys optimal comfort but also compliant safety standards.

Our Secosol® insoles are tested in accordance with DGUV 112-191 and meet the highest requirements for personal protective equipment.
DGUV rule 112-191 allows occupational and safety shoes to be fitted with orthopedic insoles.
To ensure that your employees remain optimally protected and fully insured, the combination of shoe and insole must also be tested and approved in accordance with the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
Only a tested combination guarantees:
