Molded foam for footpring - orthopedic insoles
Foam for custom fitting of orthopedic inserts according to DGUV.
- Check if the shoe you are using is certified according to the DGUV Rule 121-191.
- Request the foam for your footprint.
- After receiving the foam, create a footprint by carefully stepping into the foam.
- Do you have a private prescription? Then include it in a sealed envelope with the foam and your footprint. The additional information allows the insole to be tailored even more individually and precisely to your foot.
- Send the foam with your footprint back to us or hand it over to an orthopedic shoemaker.
When returning the footprint foam, the following information is needed for the manufacture of the inserts: name of the insert recipient and shoe model with size.
- After the fitting is completed, you will receive your insole from the orthopedic shoemaker or from us, thus continuing to wear a certified work shoe.

DGUV rule 112-191 allows occupational and safety shoes to be fitted with orthopedic insoles.
To ensure that your employees remain optimally protected and fully insured, the combination of shoe and insole must also be tested and approved in accordance with the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
Only a tested combination guarantees:
- the full protective effect of personal protective equipment
- complete insurance coverage by the employers' liability insurance association in the event of an accident at work.
