Safety boot ANATOM, leather

The ESD AB-32268 safety boots from ABEBA offer the highest safety and comfort for industrial work environments. These unisex boots are equipped with a steel toe cap and a metal-free puncture-resistant layer, making them ideal for use in electronically sensitive areas. The upper material is made of robust leather with a scratch-resistant coating in the toe and heel areas, as well as reflective strips for better visibility.
The dual-layer PU sole is equipped with ankle protection, a flex zone, and shock absorption, and offers additional stability through the TPU torsion joint. The sole is also slip-resistant (SRC) and meets the standards EN ISO 20345:2012 and DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The boots feature a replaceable Active Comfort insole with silver ions, which has antibacterial properties and absorbs moisture. The shoes are available in black and in sizes 36 to 48, with a weight of 705 g at size 42. The lace-up closure ensures an optimal fit and allows for quick putting on and taking off. Ideal for use in demanding work environments where safety and comfort are required.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.

This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

The ANATOM range is focused on ergonomic comfort and foot health for people who stand or walk for long periods. The models are particularly suitable for the healthcare sector and demanding working environments.

 

The ANATOM safety shoe from ABEBA combines high safety standards with comfort and design. This ESD safety lace-up shoe is characterized by its metal-free penetration protection and a scratch-resistant coating on the toe and heel area. The leather upper and steel toe cap provide optimum protection, while the reflective stripes and antibacterial lining with silver ions ensure additional safety and hygiene.

The two-layer PU sole with anti-torsion protection, flex zone, shock absorption and an asymmetrical heel design ensures stability and comfort. The integrated TPU torsion joint improves mobility and supports the foot's natural rolling motion. The shoes are certified according to EN ISO 20345:2012, S2/S3 SRC and offer excellent slip resistance (SRC).

Practical details such as the replaceable acc Wave insole and the lace fastening increase comfort and functionality. The low shoe is an excellent choice for demanding work environments.
