ESD safety shoe uni6, textile

The ESD safety shoe uni6 from ABEBA, a half shoe in anthracite, has been specially developed for use in ESD-protected areas. This shoe, available in sizes 35 to 48, features a breathable, knitted textile upper and an internal lining enriched with silver ions, which effectively absorbs moisture.
The safety class S2 provides optimal toe protection with a steel toe cap. Additionally, the TPU outsole, which is oil and gasoline resistant, offers excellent ground adhesion through flex zones and SRC-certified slip resistance. The lace-up closure allows for a customizable fit, while the Active Comfort type insole is replaceable and supports orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191.
The shoes are exceptionally lightweight, weighing 600 g at size 42, and can be washed at 30 °C, simplifying maintenance. They meet the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2011.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole. Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.

Low shoe uni6, knitted textile

The uni6 series offers versatile and easy-care models designed for different working environments. The shoes have a good balance between comfort and robustness. They are particularly suitable for everyday use.

The uni6 lace-up shoe from ABEBA combines advanced safety technologies with a high level of comfort. The upper is made of knitted textile, which is known for its breathability, while the lining is enriched with silver ions to effectively absorb moisture. These shoes are specially designed for use in ESD-protected areas and comply with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20347:2012, O2, FO, SRC standards.
The TPU outsole is resistant to oil and petrol and offers excellent traction thanks to its flex zones and SRC-certified slip resistance. The lace fastening ensures an individually adjustable fit, while the insole (type Active Comfort) is replaceable and supports orthopaedic adjustments in accordance with DGUV 112-191. The shoes are particularly lightweight. They are washable at 30 °C, which simplifies care.
