ESD Safety sandal Industrial Henry2
The ESD safety sandal Industrial, Henry2 from BAAK combines high safety standards with excellent wearing comfort for daily work. This unisex model is made of robust cow suede leather and provides additional comfort through its breathable textile lining. The sandal is classified according to EN ISO 20345:2024 S1PS and features a steel flex cap and a textile penetration guard that protects against nail penetrations.The integrated ESD Softstep+ insole and the Baak® go&relax system support proper bending of the foot and ensure an ergonomic foot posture. The PU/PU sole not only offers excellent slip resistance (SRC) but is also oil and fuel resistant. Additional safety features such as reflective applications increase visibility in dark work environments.
The sandal is available in sizes 35-48 and meets additional requirements such as FO and LG. It is also suitable for orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191 and offers further comfort and functionality with its padded tongue and the pull-on aid attached at the heel. Ideal for industrial workers who value safety and comfort.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Steel toe cap

Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ladder Grip
To ensure secure footing on ladders and to prevent slipping, the outsole of a safety shoe must feature a transverse tread pattern with a minimum height of 1.5 mm in the joint area.
