The Jalas ZENIT EVO Boa® ESD safety shoe is an optimal choice for professionals who expect the highest safety standards and comfort. The textile upper is seamlessly processed and, together with the innovative Boa® quick-release system, provides a perfect fit and quick on and off. The aluminum toe cap and the ultra-thin, flexible penetration protection made of composite material meet the EN ISO 20345:2011 S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards, guaranteeing top-level safety.
For additional comfort, the multi-layer Zenit EVO insole, with its combination of textile, Neo Foam, soft and hard EVA layers, and PORON® XRD™, offers excellent shock absorption and stability. The shoes are available in sizes 35 to 48 and are designed for a unisex audience. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System consists of three essential components: a finely adjustable twist lock, a lightweight yet extremely strong rope and low-friction rope guides. All BOA® Fit systems enable a precise fit quickly and effortlessly and come with the BOA® guarantee.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
