Safety shoe Excel Light
The Reebok Excel Light safety shoe combines sporty aesthetics with functional safety technology, ideal for use in industry, assembly, and logistics. The upper is made of durable microfiber and breathable nylon mesh, which, together with the moisture-wicking textile lining, ensures a comfortable foot climate and high wearing comfort even over long periods.The safety features include a lightweight aluminum toe cap and composite material puncture protection, providing protection without additional weight. The removable MemoryTech footbed made of memory foam conforms to the foot and supports with optimal cushioning. The EVA midsole and the XL ExtraLight® outsole increase flexibility and wearing comfort, while the outsole also offers slip resistance (SRC) and is resistant to fuels, oils, and chemicals.
The low-cut shoe is available in black, covers sizes 36-47, and is suitable for both genders. It is ESD compliant, meets the S1P safety class, and weighs only 450 g in size 42. It features a Boa® closure system, which allows for a quick and secure fit.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
