Safety shoe Red Lion Monster ESD black/green

The safety shoe Monster ESD in black/green from the Red Lion series by U-Power combines high safety standards with modern design. This low shoe is equipped with a perforated aluminum toe cap and a metal-free puncture-resistant layer, making it ideal for work environments where protection and ESD compliance (DIN EN 61340-5-1) are required.
The upper material is made of durable Putek®, complemented by a breathable WingTex lining that ensures an optimal foot climate. The innovative PU/PU sole is oil-resistant, slip-resistant (SRC), and antistatic. Particularly noteworthy is the footbed with an Infinergy® core from BASF, which provides excellent cushioning and enables fatigue-free work.
The Boa® closure allows for quick and precise adjustment of the shoe, while the WOW insole is suitable for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 and can be replaced. Available in sizes 38-48 and meets the standard EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 CI SRC.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
Save and Flex plus
The exclusive puncture-resistant "no metal" insole is lighter than traditional steel, more flexible and safer. It is connected directly to the shaft and guarantees 100% penetration resistance. U-POWER uses only the high-quality, puncture-resistant "Save & Flex" PLUS insole for all of its own products, the pressure load of which is far higher than required by the current standard.
Insole WOW
The WOW insole with an anatomical structure is made of a soft, dynamic material compound from BASF with an excellent self-sculpting property that evenly distributes body weight over the entire sole of the foot. This means more comfort and a long-lasting sense of well-being.

Safety shoe RED LION Strong / Kindle / Imperius / Monster / Hard

The RED LION range of safety shoes and boots from U-Power combines high safety standards with modern design. These models are equipped with a perforated aluminum toe cap and metal-free penetration protection, making them ideal for working environments where protection and ESD compliance (DIN EN 61340-5-1) are required.

The upper material is made of hard-wearing Putek®, complemented by a breathable WingTex lining that ensures an optimum foot climate. The innovative PU/PU sole is oil-resistant, slip-resistant (SRC) and antistatic. Particularly noteworthy is the footbed with Infinergy® core from BASF, which provides excellent cushioning and enables fatigue-free working.

The fastener allows the shoe to be adjusted quickly and precisely, while the WOW insole is suitable for orthopedic adjustments in accordance with DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 and can be replaced. The models comply with the EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 CI SRC standard.
