Dissipative air bubble bags 150 x 225 mm

The EPApack conductive air cushion bags with dimensions of 150 x 225 mm are specifically designed for the protection of sensitive electronic components. These pink, amine-free bags are made from three-layer, smooth polyethylene, approximately 35% of which is manufactured from post-industrial recycled material (PIR-recyclate) and is fully recyclable. The bags are sealable and feature a 50 mm flap that is not resealable.
Technically, they meet the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, with a surface resistance between 10^10 and 10^11 Ohms, ensuring a rapid discharge time of no more than 2 seconds. The bubbles of the cushioning measure 10 mm in diameter and 4 mm in height, with a film thickness of 0.1 mm. Each box contains 250 pieces of these specific bags. These characteristics make the EPApack air cushion bags a reliable choice for technical purchasing that values protection and sustainability.
