Air bubble film two-layered 400 mm x 100 m

The two-layer bubble wrap from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, is specifically designed for the protection of sensitive components in the ESD area. With a width of 400 mm and a roll length of 100 m, it offers a total area of 40 m². The pink film is made of recyclable polyethylene and is printed with the recycling mark LDPE 4. The film is characterized by its ESD compliance according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, with a surface resistance between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω and a maximum discharge time of 2 seconds. The smooth inside and the two-layer structure provide additional stability, while the bubbles with a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 mm reliably protect sensitive products. The material is amine-free, sealable, and offers a durability of up to 3 years under optimal storage conditions (10 - 25 °C, humidity over 20%, protected from UV radiation).
