Dissipative interlayers 350 x 250 mm

The air cushion interlayers from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, are an efficient solution for protecting sensitive electronic components. These interlayers measure 350 x 250 mm and are made from three-layer polyethylene, with 5% of the material being recycled. The pink film is conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, with a surface resistance between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω. The interlayers are sealable, unprinted, and have a thickness of 0.1 mm. The bubbles have a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 mm, providing additional protection. The maximum discharge time is 2 seconds, ensuring quick and safe dissipation of static charges. The products have a shelf life of up to three years when stored under recommended conditions: protection from UV radiation, a humidity level above 20%, and an ambient temperature of 10 to 25 °C. Their recyclability also offers an environmentally friendly option for technical use in the electronics industry.
