Heat-resistant polyimide adhesive tapes

Polyimide adhesive tapes are used in electronics production for soldering processes, hot air and reflow processes and other high-temperature processes. They are characterized by high thermal stability, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties. Due to their temperature resistance, they reliably protect sensitive assembly areas from the effects of heat.

The residue-free removal after use supports clean production processes and facilitates further processing. They therefore contribute to process reliability and ensure consistent product quality.
