Table covering, cuttings

The ESD table coverings made from synthetic rubber provide an efficient solution for work surfaces that require both protection from damage and ESD safety. These products are specifically designed for use in environments where electrostatic discharges can threaten the functionality and integrity of electronic components. The two-layer structure of these table coverings consists of a high-resistance, dissipative top layer and a low-resistance, conductive bottom layer. This combination allows for controlled equalization of potential and prevents recharging, while simultaneously ensuring a uniform dissipation of electrostatic charges.
The table coverings are available in various colors such as Beige, Platinum Gray, Signal Green, Light Blue, and Royal Blue, and can be laid loosely or glued, being heat-resistant up to temperatures of 60°C and resistant to soldering tin. They are also easy to clean and are characterized by their high wear resistance and dimensional stability. These products are environmentally friendly and free from PVC, plasticizers, halogens, and heavy metals. The material thickness is 2 mm and the point-to-point resistance is at 10^7 Ω, which corresponds to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
These table coverings have established themselves as a reliable choice for numerous ESD workstations worldwide.

Synthetic rubber table coverings have electrostatically conductive and dissipative properties. The two-layer composite structure enables controlled potential equalization and protects sensitive electronic components and devices from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). Thanks to their high functionality, the table coverings have proven themselves for many years in numerous ESD workplaces worldwide. Customized table coverings are available.
