This high-quality ESD table covering made of synthetic rubber in royal blue offers an effective solution for protecting electronic components from damage caused by electrostatic discharges. With a width of 610 mm and a length of 10 m, this roll material is ideally suited for various workplace sizes. The material thickness is 2 mm, which, along with the two-layer construction of a high-resistance top layer and a low-resistance bottom layer, ensures optimal ESD safety.
The surface of the covering is abrasion-resistant, dimensionally stable, and heat-resistant up to a temperature of 60°C. Additionally, it is free from PVC, plasticizers, halogens, and heavy metals, making it environmentally friendly. The highly wear-resistant and permanently elastic nature of the material allows for easy cleaning and ensures a long lifespan.
The table covering meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers reliable performance with its point-to-point resistance of 10^7 Ω. It can be laid loosely or glued down, with double-sided tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape available for fixation if needed. Available in an attractive royal blue color, this table covering is an excellent choice for use at ESD workstations that require high standards of safety and functionality.

Table covering, rolls

ESD table coverings made of synthetic rubber protect the table surface from damage and ensure ESD safety on the work surface. The two-layer composite structure enables controlled potential equalization and protects sensitive electronic components and assemblies from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). The high-resistance (dissipative) useful surface layer enables controlled discharging and prevents recharging. The low-resistance (conductive) composite underlay ensures that the high-resistance surface is discharged evenly. Thanks to their high functionality, the table coverings have proven their worth for many years in numerous ESD workplaces worldwide. Already customized table coverings are available here.
