Table mats 700 x 1200 mm, beige

The ESD table mat measuring 700 x 1200 mm and 2 mm thick is made from highly wear-resistant synthetic rubber, which is free from PVC, plasticizers, halogens, and heavy metals. This mat is specifically designed for use at ESD workstations, where its two-layer structure provides effective protection against electrostatic discharges. The top functional layer is high-resistance and dissipative, enabling controlled discharging, while the bottom layer is conductive and ensures uniform dissipation.
The mat can withstand temperatures up to 60°C and is resistant to solder. It is suitable for both loose laying and permanent bonding, without causing corrosion on electronic contacts. The surface of the mat is easy to clean and is characterized by its abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. Double-sided adhesive tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape can be used for fixation.
The delivery includes rounded corners and two snap connectors (DK 10 mm) on the short side, which simplifies installation. The table mat complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, highlighting its reliability and quality.

Synthetic rubber table coverings have electrostatically conductive and dissipative properties. The two-layer composite structure enables controlled potential equalization and protects sensitive electronic components and devices from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). Thanks to their high functionality, the table coverings have proven themselves for many years in numerous ESD workplaces worldwide. Customized table coverings are available.
