The AeroBar MP 5635 from Simco is a highly specialized ionizing bar designed for use in particularly clean environments such as semiconductor manufacturing. These applications require precise control of static charge and minimal contamination. The bar utilizes a modulated pulse technology that combines high-frequency sine waves with pulse modulation to achieve uniform and effective ionization.
With an active length of 350 mm and a total length of 450 mm, the ionizing bar offers excellent proximity capability up to 150 mm away from sensitive components. It is ISO 14644 Class 1 certified, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness. The emitter tips are made of high-purity silicon, ensuring compatibility with sensitive processes.
