Aerostat XC2 ionizer

The Aerostat XC 2 from Simco is a compact benchtop ionizer designed for neutralizing static charges in sensitive work areas such as electronics manufacturing. It features an integrated heater that provides a warm airflow, and a built-in emitter cleaner to ensure sustained efficient performance. Due to its light weight (3.5 kg), the Aerostat XC 2 can be easily mounted on or above the work surface.

Micropulse Technology: Ensures consistent ionization with a balance of ±10 V for stable static neutralization and reduces ion recombination for improved performance over time.

Ionization is based on high voltage (AC - alternating current technology)

Emitter Cleaning: Built-in cleaning system for stainless steel emitter points to maintain long-term efficiency.

Adjustable Fan Speed and Coverage: Provides options for low, medium, and high speeds with an effective ionization range of up to 1.8 m.

Integrated Heating Element: Provides a slight temperature increase (2-3 °C) for user comfort.

Optical and Acoustic Alarms: Monitors balance and fan status with LED indicators and optional acoustic alarms. Can also be connected to a Facility Monitoring System (FMS)

Cleanroom Compatibility: Meets ISO 14644-1 Class 6, suitable for controlled environments.
