The BlueLine AB-10H Ionizer is a compact and lightweight ionization device designed for efficient neutralization of static charges in various applications such as electronics manufacturing and precision instruments industry.

 

High Efficiency: Uses a piezoelectric high-voltage power supply (HV) for powerful ion generation and is simultaneously free from electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Automatic Ion Balance: Ensures a stable ionization process without the need for manual adjustments.

Durable Construction: The discharge needle is made from a special alloy that offers a longer lifespan compared to tungsten needles.

Adjustable Operation: Adjustable airflow and blow angle for customized ionization.

Safety and Monitoring: Equipped with an HV alarm indicator to detect anomalies in the output voltage.

Easy Maintenance: The front air flap and the blow needle are accessible for easy cleaning, which is normally required every 100 operating hours.

Quiet Operation: Generates a noise level of about 60 dB at a distance of 1 meter.
