The 5802i CXL Ion Spray Blower is a mobile benchtop unit designed for high-precision static elimination in ESD-sensitive environments. It provides reliable, fast static control for work areas and small spaces, enabling optimal electrostatic management that minimizes costs and maximizes protection for ESD-sensitive areas. It can also be connected to FMS systems.

  • Ionization performance: It uses a steady-state DC ion emission technology that enables self-balancing of the offset voltage to ±3 V (or ±1 V with the optional Novx sensor system). This ensures high-precision protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD).
  • The Novx sensor system enables real-time feedback to maintain balance and adapt to environmental changes.
  • Operational flexibility: The fan supports adjustable fan speeds (low/high) and has alarm functions (LED and optional audible alarms) for high operational safety. It operates effectively in controlled environments such as cleanrooms (certified to ISO 14644-1 Class 4).
  • Specifications: It operates with a discharge time of less than 1 second (±1000V to ±100V) with the collimator installed at a distance of 12 inches from the target. The noise level is between 51 and 62 dB, depending on fan speed, and ozone generation is minimal (0.008 ppm).
