Drying cabinet MSD 1222-55
The MSD 1222-55 dry cabinet from Totech SuperDry is a high-quality solution for the safe and efficient drying of materials in technical and industrial environments. Equipped with a sturdy steel housing and height-adjustable feet, this cabinet offers additional security with lockable Class 1 doors and a hard-grounded construction. The maintenance-free drying unit keeps the relative humidity (RH) consistently below 0.5%, and the device is ESD-safe according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard. The cabinet features an integrated data logger and the Totech Viewer software, which is accessible via an Ethernet interface. Monitoring of threshold values, a Full-HD multi-touch display, and forced air circulation ensure optimal operation and monitoring. The integrated sensor ensures a measurement accuracy of +/- 0.2% RH, and the recovery time after door opening is only 15 minutes to return to below 1% RH. With a volume of 1200 liters, dimensions of 1121 mm width, 2040 mm height, and 900 mm depth, and a total carrying capacity of 400 kg, the dry cabinet is also suitable for larger loads. It includes two long shelves (735 x 740 mm) and two short shelves (735 x 580 mm), each shelf capable of supporting up to 30 Kg. Series 5 Display
The display is a capacitive full-HD multi-touch display that enables modern and intuitive operation. It allows the setpoint for relative humidity (RH) and temperature to be set precisely. In addition, individual alarm limits and alarm delays can be defined for both parameters. A sensor offset can also be configured to compensate for measurement deviations. Access to the system is protected by a multi-level access concept that takes various user rights into account. Both time-based and manual regeneration processes can be controlled via the display. The system also provides an overview of the sensor readings.
