The Totech SuperDry HSD 1104-52 drying cabinet combines functionality and safety for demanding industrial applications. With a robust steel housing and overall dimensions of 1200 mm width, 1675 mm height, and 658 mm depth, this cabinet offers a volume of 1179 liters. The interior dimensions are 1190 mm in width, 1533 mm in height, and 630 mm in depth, allowing a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, with a load capacity of 50 kg per shelf.
The model features five shelves and is equipped with 360° casters that ensure easy maneuverability and have brakes. The doors are lockable and provide Class 1 protection. The drying cabinet is ESD-safe and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
Technical highlights include an integrated data logger, Totech Viewer software, and an Ethernet interface for efficient monitoring and management. The drying unit is maintenance-free and keeps the relative humidity consistently below 0.5%. Additional features like forced air circulation and a precise sensor with a measurement accuracy of +/- 0.8% RH optimize functionality. After opening the door, the cabinet reduces humidity to below 1% RH in just 15 minutes.

HSD series drying cabinets - drying from <2 % RH

Thanks to their powerful drying unit, the drying cabinets in the HSD series offer reliable dehumidification of sensitive components and PCBs. They are ideal for applications with frequent access. The integrated dynamic drying unit of the U-5000 series enables a quick recovery of low humidity after door openings and reliably achieves values of ≤ 0.5 % RH. The system regenerates automatically when required.

Humidity, temperature and alarm functions can be monitored and set via a digital display. The cabinets ensure optimum storage conditions below 1 % relative humidity - with efficient use of energy.

Series 2 display
The display is characterized by its ease of use and enables convenient control of the most important functions. It has a multilingual menu that allows flexible use in different languages. Both the current actual value of the relative humidity and the temperature are shown on the display. In addition, the desired humidity setpoint (RH), alarm limits and an alarm delay can be set individually. A key lock protects against unintentional changes to the settings. It is also possible to trigger a manual regeneration of the system.
