Drying storage cabinet SDB 1106-40

The Totech SuperDry SDB 1106-40 dry storage cabinet offers an optimal solution for storing sensitive components. This model features a robust steel casing and is equipped with five shelves, each capable of supporting up to 50 kg. With a total volume of 1139 liters and dimensions of 1200 mm width, 1675 mm height, and 658 mm depth, the cabinet provides ample space for a variety of applications.
The internal dimensions are 1190 mm in width, 1533 mm in height, and 630 mm in depth, while the total weight of the cabinet is 155 kg. The maximum load capacity of the entire cabinet is 300 kg.
Safety features include lockable doors of protection class 1 and a hard-grounded construction, ensuring ESD safety in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard. Additionally, the cabinet is equipped with a hygrometer and a humidity indicator that enables forced air circulation and ensures rapid restoration of humidity to below 5% RH within 30 minutes after opening the doors.
The maintenance-free dry unit and the 360° casters with brakes enhance the usability and mobility of this model. The 5.0 m long cable provides additional flexibility in positioning the cabinet.

Drying storage cabinets SDB

Safe storage for moisture-sensitive components

The dry storage cabinets in the SDB series have been specially developed for the medium to long-term storage of moisture-sensitive components, PCBs and other materials. Equipped with the patented U-4001 drying unit, they guarantee a permanently low relative humidity of ≤ 5% RH - without the need for a heated atmosphere.

This reliably protects against moisture absorption and oxidation and meets the requirements of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033D and IPC-1601. When stored below 5 % RH, the floor-life time of MSD components can be safely interrupted and thus extended.

The SDB series offers a cost-effective solution for anyone who requires reliable dry storage - whether for electronic components or other moisture-sensitive products. ESD-coated surfaces in accordance with the ESD 6134051 standard also ensure reliable protection against electrostatic discharge.
