Insulated dry cabinet XSD-701-55

The insulated dry storage cabinet XSD-701-55 manufactured by Totech SuperDry is ideally designed for drying moisture-sensitive components, maintaining a controlled relative humidity of less than 0.5% RH. The robust, insulated stainless steel housing with external dimensions of 700x1930/2110x808 mm and internal dimensions of 544x1504x600 mm provides an effective volume of 490 liters.
The unit features a continuously adjustable heater up to 60 °C and LED interior lighting, ensuring optimal visibility. Safety features such as lockable doors and a door alarm provide additional protection. The humidity display with limit value monitoring, a hygrometer, and forced air circulation allow for precise control of storage conditions.
The cabinet is equipped with a digital control panel, Totech Viewer software, and an Ethernet interface for easy monitoring and data management. An integrated data logger continuously documents the environmental conditions. Dynamic regeneration and the maintenance-free dry unit with integrated fan guarantee efficient and long-lasting performance.
Compliant with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, this model is optimally suited for use in sensitive electronic manufacturing environments.

XSD series - Quick-drying storage cabinets

Rapid drying at <1 % RH and temperatures of 40-60 °C.

The XSD series high-end drying cabinets have been specially developed to meet the requirements of IPC/JEDEC standards J-STD-033 and 1601 for moisture-sensitive components. By combining extremely low humidity (<0.5% RH) with mild temperatures (40-60°C), they offer a safe and cost-effective alternative to traditional oven baking - ideal for restoring floor life time.

The robust, double-walled stainless steel housing with 60 mm insulation ensures excellent energy efficiency and stable temperature control. Pull-out shelves and an integrated radial fan ensure even air circulation and efficient drying throughout the cabinet.

The powerful drying unit of the U-5000 series ensures a constant humidity level below <1 % RH - even with regular door openings. This makes the XSD(B) series particularly suitable for the precise drying and resetting of reels, PCBs, 3D filaments and other moisture-sensitive materials.

Series 5 Display
The display is a capacitive full-HD multi-touch display that enables modern and intuitive operation. It allows the setpoint for relative humidity (RH) and temperature to be set precisely. In addition, individual alarm limits and alarm delays can be defined for both parameters. A sensor offset can also be configured to compensate for measurement deviations. Access to the system is protected by a multi-level access concept that takes various user rights into account. Both time-based and manual regeneration processes can be controlled via the display. The system also provides an overview of the sensor readings.
