The isolated dry storage cabinet XSDB-1412-55 from Totech SuperDry offers an advanced solution for drying moisture-sensitive components. This unit is specifically designed to ensure a continuously controlled humidity level of less than 0.5% RH. With its compact external dimensions of 1432x1930/2110x808 mm and an effective interior space of 1315 x 1504 x 600 mm, the cabinet provides a volume of 1190 liters and is equipped with ten shelves that allow for flexible storage.
The insulation and the painted housing protect the contents from external influences, while the integrated heater allows for stepless regulation up to 40°C. The technical equipment includes a hygrometer, a humidity display with limit value monitoring, and an integrated sensor that offers a measurement accuracy of +/- 0.8% RH. A powerful radial fan ensures forced air circulation, and the drying unit is maintenance-free. In addition, the cabinet features a digital control panel, the Totech Viewer software, and an integrated data logger with an Ethernet interface.
The cabinet complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and operates efficiently with an energy consumption of 230 W/h. This product is an ideal choice for technical environments that require the highest precision and reliability.

XSDB series - Quick-drying storage cabinets

Efficient drying at <1 % RH and 40 °C.

The XSDB series was developed to meet the highest requirements for handling moisture-sensitive components in accordance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 and 1601. It combines extremely low humidity (<0.5% RH) with a constant temperature of 40 °C to safely restore the floor life time - an energy-efficient alternative to conventional oven baking, with significantly less risk and effort.

The drying cabinets are equipped with the powerful U-5000 drying unit and guarantee an average humidity of <1 % RH - even with regular door openings. Thanks to short regeneration times, an uninterrupted drying process is possible.

The powder-coated housings are made of double-walled steel with 60 mm insulation, which ensures high energy efficiency and stable temperature control. Pull-out shelves and an integrated radial fan ensure even air distribution and optimum drying performance.

The XSDB series is ideal for the precise drying and resetting of components, spools, PCBs, 3D filaments and other moisture-sensitive materials.

Series 5 Display
The display is a capacitive full-HD multi-touch display that enables modern and intuitive operation. It allows the setpoint for relative humidity (RH) and temperature to be set precisely. In addition, individual alarm limits and alarm delays can be defined for both parameters. A sensor offset can also be configured to compensate for measurement deviations. Access to the system is protected by a multi-level access concept that takes various user rights into account. Both time-based and manual regeneration processes can be controlled via the display. The system also provides an overview of the sensor readings.
