The tiltable ESD auxiliary trolley from Fetra is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments of the electronics industry. With its dimensions of 605 x 405 mm and a height of 1178 mm, it offers a safe and efficient solution for transport, material handling, and picking tasks.
The robust construction made of steel tube and profile steel is electrostatically conductive and powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015). The shelves are made of wood-based material panels according to DIN 68765 with a 7 mm high edge, which are also electrostatically conductive. The load capacity is 50 kg on the upper and middle loading areas.
The four casters are equipped with TPE-ESD tires and precision groove ball bearings, with two of the casters having locks according to EN 1757-3. This ensures a noise-free and trackless operation on flat floors. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω, highlighting the ESD compliance.
Fetra's innovative braking system, available optionally as a TOTALSTOP central braking system, enhances safety by preventing lateral swiveling of the braked trolleys. Ideal for daily use, this trolley offers a combination of mobility, safety, and durability.
