2-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 1000 x 700 mm

The 2-tier cart by Fetra, with a load area of 1000 x 700 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. This sturdy and versatile transport cart is made from welded steel tube and profile steel, and is powder-coated in slate grey (RAL 7015) to effectively dissipate static discharges. The surfaces of the two steel sheet platforms, flush-welded into the frame, are also conductively coated, enhancing the cart's durability and stability.
The load capacity of the cart is 600 kg, and it is equipped with two swivel and two fixed casters, which are fitted with TPE-ESD tires. These casters provide a noiseless and trackless movement on flat floors, making handling particularly comfortable. The low initial, rolling, and swivel resistance aids in the cart's easy maneuverability. The locks on the swivel casters ensure a stable position and maximum safety.
The dimensions of the cart include a height of 908 mm, a width of 709 mm, and a depth of 1197 mm, while the shelf heights vary from 270 mm to 900 mm. The surface resistance ranges between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω. Optionally, the cart can be equipped with Fetra's innovative TOTALSTOP central braking system, which provides additional safety by locking the swivel movement of the casters.
