Table plates HPL-ESD custumer-specific

Our custom HPL-ESD worktops are ideal for retrofitting assembly and laboratory workstations. They are electrostatically volume conductive and comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The top is made of conductive hard laminate, which is applied to a chipboard and conductively glued. The underside is provided with a counterbalance, and the edges are equipped with a gray plastic edge banding.
The worktops offer a standard thickness of 27 mm, with special thicknesses available upon request. They are available in light gray and are characterized by a smooth, scratch-resistant surface that meets at least Grade 1 according to VGP and at least Grade 2 according to HGP. They are also robust, easy to maintain, durable, and hygienic.
The plates can withstand temperatures up to 100°C and can briefly endure temperatures up to 160°C. The length and width tolerance is +/- 5 mm, and the maximum standard dimensions are 3000 x 1200 mm. Further dimensions are available upon request, as long as safe transport is ensured.
The material HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is normally flammable (fire class D-s2) and offers typical conductivity of less than 10^9 Ω.
