The power supply unit SKP-BC40HLN-V4.0, developed by Kilews, is specifically designed for the BN200, BN500, and BN800 series and offers advanced features such as counting function and screw time monitoring. This model supports an input voltage of 100 to 240 V/AC and delivers a variable output voltage of 24, 32, or 40 V/DC. It is equipped with a 6-pin connector and has a power output of 220 W.
The dimensions of the power supply are 248 x 130 x 100 mm with a weight of 2.5 kg. The cable length is 2.0 meters, allowing for flexible placement. Operation is managed through multiple inputs, including sensor/release, reset, start, and reverse, as well as a HI/LO switch for speed adjustment. The counting range includes 1 to 99 screws, with the counting method including both forward and backward counting during counterclockwise operation.

The control unit monitors whether the switch-off torque set on the electric screwdriver is reached within the set time window. In addition, each IO screw connection is counted and compared with a target number of pieces. IO, NOK and total IO are indicated via an optical and acoustic display. The speed can be set in two stages. A start-up ramp to make it easier to find the first threads is infinitely adjustable up to 9.9 seconds. With the auto-learning function, the device automatically adjusts to the respective screwdriving task.
